THE STALIN LINE (ЛИНИЯ СТАЛИНА)
Stalin's line indicates the network of fortifications which, from 1928 to 1939, stretched from the Baltic Sea to the Black Sea, delimiting the Western Soviet border. At that time, the campaign around Zaslavl was a border territory, since the Grodno and Brest regions were still part of Poland. Located a few kilometres from Zaslavl, this open air museum presents itself as the exact reconstitution of part of these military fortifications of the 1930 s. The territory is covered with trenches, forts, anti-tank barriers. Facilities and equipment are of origin. You can even see them in action by shooting with real World War II rifles (4 BYN), tour a tank (20 BYN, 20 minutes, for a maximum of ten people) or eating real soldats of soldiers (2 BYN the portion)! Total immersion in the military Atmosphere of the Soviet era guaranteed!
