The palace was built from 1784 to 1793 as the residence of Mateuš Butrimovitch, a political and industrial man of the Polésie. The palace has a symmetrical shape, its three building bodies surround a garden that overlooks the river Pina. Today, there is the Pioneers and Youth Palace.
