At the end of the th century, Tatars settled in Navahroudak. A neighborhood is formed with its customs and traditions. Built in 1855, the mosque was closed during the Second World War. It reopened in 1997. The old Tatar cemetery is next to the mosque in Internacyjanalnaja Street.
