Built at the end of the th century, this castle is located at the gates of the city, on Savieckaja street, towards Juraciški. Today, there are only massive ruins of this grandiose construction. Diving in the green, they still retain their charm of yesteryear. There are the remains of two towers, the chapel and the palace. Heavily damaged during the two world wars, it was completely destroyed in Soviet times. His stones were used later for the construction of a pigsty and the Maison de la culture. The castle is the theatre of many legends. The most impressive is that of the Princess Anna de Halshany who fell in love with a simple young man. The lovers met in hiding because the father of the princess despised the young man. One day he ordered to emmurer the fiancé of his daughter in the walls of the castle. Since then, at the time of the full moon, a ghost that the inhabitants call "the black monk" erre in the castle. The writer Vladimir Korotkevitch devoted about his famous novel Le Château noir des Halshanski, published in 1979.
