KADUGLI
Go there and contact
Kadugli is the last major city of the North before the South (or the first coming from the south). It is the core camp of international and humanitarian organizations, including UNMIS, to operate in the Nuba Mountains region. The souk will be the place to go. You will find accommodation and provisions. Surrounded by heights, which do not require special equipment, Kadugli can be admired at the top of many of them, including those close to the city stadium.
Kadugli is the province's capital, headed in 2010 by flamboyant Ahmed Haroun, a former Sudanese Interior Minister indicted, as its President, by the ICC for war crimes in Darfur.
