Ideally located in the center of Alba, this restaurant offers dishes based on finely selected, cooked and presented products. Care is evident at every stage of your meal. Service is, of course, impeccable. A fine wine list, available by the glass, accompanies the meal. You can lunch or dine on the terrace at the foot of the cathedral, in a superb setting. The queen of the menu is, of course, the white truffle, Alba's specialty, a must-taste!

Il nostro lungo weekend nelle Langhe si chiude ad Alba in questo delizioso ristorante situato lateralmente al Duomo. Noi abbiamo pranzato nel dehors esterno rilassandoci con un ottimo crudo di Fassona al coltello con nocciole e Castelmagno e a chiudere un buonissimo piatto di tajerin ai 30 tuorli (o erano 40?) con tartufo estivo.
Come accompagnamento un calice di ottimo Barbera d'Alba Superiore e uno discreto di Barbaresco.
