Ideally located in the center of Alba, this restaurant offers dishes based on finely selected, cooked and presented products. Care is evident at every stage of your meal. Service is, of course, impeccable. A fine wine list, available by the glass, accompanies the meal. You can lunch or dine on the terrace at the foot of the cathedral, in a superb setting. The queen of the menu is, of course, the white truffle, Alba's specialty, a must-taste!

Very well presented and tasteful food. Good selection of wines, both bottles and by the glass. Many Piedmontese classics, but with modern and interesting twists. Loved the carne crudo!
