After several years in the temple of gastronomy, the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo, the restaurant of the great chef Guido Alciati has taken up residence in a new building. In order not to feel out of place, the setting remains one of the royal residences of the Savoy, the Villa Reale of Fontanafredda. The refined setting guarantees a cuisine that you don't eat but enjoy. Everything is good, beautiful (although not very abundant) and of course very expensive. The Disguido bistro offers more affordable but equally refined dishes.
