REAL TENUTA
Large, fully renovated complex housing the University of Gastronomic Sciences
The current appearance of the Pollenzo estate is the result of the redevelopment of the town by Charles Albert in the 19thcentury . The vast complex known as theAgenzia was once the administrative headquarters of the Savoy royal residences. Since 2003, theAgenzia, completely renovated by the Slow Food association, has been home to the University of Gastronomic Sciences. The world's first university of its kind, here students can learn all they need to know about food production, processing, consumption and marketing.
