Here's a little restaurant that's not so easy to find by chance, but well worth the detour. Specializing in ceviches and salpicons, Gina welcomes you in a pretty little protected outdoor room that can accommodate around 15 people, and offers a range of ceviches and salpicons that will delight your taste buds. We recommend the conch ceviche (lambi), very well seasoned, and the salpicon of smoked chicken with shrimps, very original, with the same base as the ceviche (tomatoes, onions, coriander) but less common in restaurants.
