The Tourist Office's website is very well done, and gives you ideas for visits and excursions in each of the country's districts. There are also lists of hotels and service providers, and information on the country's means of transport. A visit can be very useful before you leave. Once you're here, the Tourist Office is represented by local staff at the airport and at the island ferry departure point in Belize City, where you'll find good maps of the country and comprehensive guidebooks (including a French version).
