Under its covered ivy facade, this beautiful stone and wood house in 1924 contains a small garden dominated by a pleasant balcony. A beautiful lounge with fireplace and bow-window completes a large dining room. The spaces are large so that the new owners intended to offer their parquet floors to tango and yoga courses. Several types of rooms: two large rooms offering Bed & Breakfast and dormitories for tourists and for students in residence. In addition, we are close to the beach.
