Small museum housed in the first house built by Carlos Gesell in 1931, on the Villa Gesell coastline
This small museum is housed in the first house built here, on this corner of the coast, by Carlos Gesell in 1931. Pictures show that not so long ago, in this place, there was nothing but sand dunes! The Gesell family came to settle in this no-man's-land, set up its small wind turbine and planted trees that today form the Pinar del Norte park, a beautiful park of umbrella pines and tamarisk trees. A small oasis in the hustle and bustle of the resort.
