It's not enough for a classic to stand the test of time; nothing has to change from one year to the next, or else to refine what is already good. Such is the case with this restaurant, considered one of the best in the region. Founded in 1989, it is known for its slogan "Tá o petisco a monte" ("There's no shortage of food"). On the menu: octopus roe, super-fresh cockles, eels or fish caught in the Ria Formosa, or cabidela de choco, made with squid ink. When in doubt, rely on those who know their stuff.
