Built in the 12th century, only the Gothic portal remains from that era. Other alterations date back to the 16th and 18th centuries, giving it a Renaissance influence. A short stroll around the back will take you to one of the most beautiful views in the Algarve. In the square, don't miss the cistern and the manual water pump.
