Weiswampach is a community of fields, orchards and woods. It comprises the sections Weiswampach, Beiler, Leithum, Breidfeld, Holler and Binsfeld. The municipality has altitudes ranging from 519 to 450 meters and is partly situated on a rocky plateau, with fertile pastures and arable land. The origins of Weiswampach date back to the 8th century, and the commune has seen periods of slaughter, reconstruction and prosperity over the centuries. Today, Weiswampach benefits from a favorable geographical location, with connections to Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany, which has led to the construction of numerous shops, hotels and restaurants. Weiswampach is also a popular tourist destination thanks to its leisure and vacation center, which includes two artificial lakes and a campsite.
