This craft micro-brewery was founded in 2001 and has belonged to the Simon Group since 2006. It is part of the Cornelyshaff restaurant and produces four beers: Wäissen Ourdaller (white), Wëllen Ourdaller, Karel (amber), and Hannah (hemp-flavored). They are made from malt, hops and, depending on the type of beer, various types of grain. All using traditional processes. A restaurant and hotel are also on site.
