Since 1984, the Schmalen-Brouwer family business has been producing cheese (cow and goat), yoghurt and fromage blanc from milk produced on its own farm. All products are made in the traditional way, avoiding preservatives or flavor enhancers. Berdorfer, a traditional cheese made from cow's milk, is undoubtedly their flagship product. Since 2020, the company has also been offering ice cream, to eat in or take away.
