The Postkutsch, or literally the post office relay, is a superb restaurant, decorated in the style of an old Parisian brasserie, with frescoes evoking the time of the stagecoaches. Lionel Delval, in the kitchen, concocts for you a cuisine of great refinement, prepared with very fresh products. The meal usually ends with a grand cru coffee. The menu is completed by suggestions that vary from week to week. The restaurant, famous for its cheese trolley, now offers cheese platters to take away.
