SAN MARTIN CHURCH
This charming Baroque church was built at the end of the 18th century, between 1772 and 1774 to be precise. It boasts a magnificent altar dating from the late 17th century and remarkably well-preserved frescoes. Like many other items, the organ, whose case was built in the late 16th and 18th centuries, comes from the noble convent of Marienthal. The church also houses the tombstones of the Lords of Linster. The plans, inspired by those of the Eglise de la Trinité in Luxembourg, are attributed to Paul Mungenast of Echternach.
