CAVES GOURMANDES
The gourmet cellars were, twenty years ago, the first establishment in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to offer a typical cuisine in South West France.
This is always a reference, despite the many restaurants that have taken up the formula. In this historic heritage building, facing the Chamber of Deputies, the kitchen goes through the kitchen before going down the stairs leading to the carved stone cellar of years. The hotel has a large number of faithful guests who are invited to enjoy its numerous specialities. A sign of quality, the flagship product: Foie gras is made home, as is bread. Menus are offered at reasonable prices. The card is renewed regularly and a suggestion from the chef is proposed every day. The wine list offers a warm welcome in a warm and friendly atmosphere for a dinner to become a pleasant moment, and discover some very good wines from all regions. Weakness: difficult to find. Talent: the foie gras. Please note that the Foie gras tradition tradition can be purchased locally.
