MAYA QUETZAL

So what is the Quetzal? It was a magnificent bird, which was the protective spirit (nahual) of the Maya leaders, helped them fight, accompanied them in their expeditions and died when the leader died. The Maya Quetzal restaurant features a typical Tuscan décor, with traditional fabrics adorned with traditional clothes, masks depicting gods to walls, pottery and crafts. A large terrace is available. The kitchen is a discovery of flavours, with a great variety of tapas (th listed), cilantro, stereochemistry and many other delicious suggestions. Weakness: nothing to report. Talent: staff with a gentle Latin accent.
