Some dishes weren’t quite cooked right, under seasoned, dry, and bland. Could’ve choked on the potato millefeuille it was so dry and starchy.
Almost every dish was heavily cream based or garnished which also concealed most other flavors. Traditionally cream isn’t much used in Italian cuisine so we thought this was also a bit odd for an Italian restaurant.
An underwhelming experience especially for the price.
The cuisine is precise and distinctive, with a harmonious balance of traditional and innovative flavours.
Very interesting wine list with a selection of excellent Italian wines
Professional, attentive and efficient service completes the picture.

Nb: une seule petite remarque sur le chauffage dans la véranda qui n’était pas assez fort ;)
