Open since June 2024 in the Bonnevoie district, this charming café is run by Sandra Tinelli. The concept - gluten-free pancakes - was inspired by her daughter, who suffers from celiac disease. Generously topped, they are moist and tasty, with a texture very similar to those made with wheat flour. The menu also includes sandwiches, galettes, brownies and muffins. All served in a very pleasant setting, with a pastel, floral decor and cushioned banquettes. A great address for an affordable, gourmet brunch.
