It is in the heart of the city that the restaurant Beet delights the taste buds. Its name (beet in English) gives a clue about its menu: it is a vegan address! On the menu: falafels, burgers, durums and salads. A simple but quality cuisine: the dishes are cooked with mainly organic, local and seasonal ingredients. As for drinks, you won't find the inevitable sodas but teas, juices, beers and cocktails. Beware, the place is quickly taken by storm, so it is better to go there as soon as it opens.
