CASA GABRIELE
In 2022, Sébastien Sarra, owner of Brasserie Guillaume, opened Casa Gabriele (named in honor of his father), the temple of homemade ravioli. Stuffed with spinach or meat (but also salmon, truffles... depending on the season and the chef's whims!), they are served with one of three sauces. Simple and effective! The ravioles are also available to take away, as is the selection of delicatessen products. The cosy establishment has just a few tables, supplemented by the terrace when the weather permits: so remember to reserve your place!
