For the lobster part but also for the seafood part, the scaler of the house guarantees products of an absolute freshness. Concerning the beef carpaccio, whose recipe would have been invented at Harry's Bar in Venice, it seems that it is as good here as at the original address. Those with a sweet tooth will fall for one of the many pastries offered. No one will have to say anything about the house motto: quality above all!
