Deux points faibles: une petite salle de bains avec une petite douche, difficulté d'avoir de l'eau chaude avec manque de pression; l'insonorisation avec le couloir est moyenne.

Bien situé à l'entrée du parc de la Pétrusse, assez proche à pied du centre et de la gare
