THÉÂTRE DES CAPUCINS
A magnificent 270-seat Italian-style hall. Don't hesitate to visit the library as a prelude to your evening.
This is the second home of the Théâtres de la Ville. With its Italian-style auditorium (270 seats), it bears witness to the capital's eventful history. Successively a convent for Capuchin friars, a grain store, a theater, an unused space and then a theater again, its various uses were decided at key periods in the city's development. With its emphasis on dramatic creation, the venue offers the chance to discover troupes from all over Europe. Its library is open before and after shows.
