As you may have gathered from its name, Flûte Alors! is a champagne bar. Created by the managers of Vinetoca and Craft et Compagnie, this Grand-Rue address serves nearly 200 bubbly references. The bistronomy-style menu features oysters from Maison Laugier, Kasnodar caviar from Madagascar, octopus carpaccio and Serrano ham. You can opt for a main course or a variety of plates to share. A fine selection of desserts completes the menu. Enjoy all this in a chic, modern setting, or on the terrace.
