PARC MANSFELD
A haven of greenery just a stone's throw from the city, the gardens of Parc Mansfeld were inaugurated in 2017, to mark the 500th birthday of Count Pierre-Ernest de Mansfeld, former governor of the Duchy. They are home to the historic remains of the Château La Fontaine: the Neptune basin, the artificial grotto and the Saint-Pierre and Vénus fountains. With its splendid view over the city, it has become an essential meeting place, where Luxembourgers love to stroll and picnic. In fine weather, open-air concerts are regularly held here.
