Located in the heart of the city, this architectural complex combines the former Cercle municipal de la ville (built between 1904 and 1909) and a more contemporary building (the former Ciné-Cité), all linked by a glass footbridge. The Cercle Cité offers a wealth of socio-cultural projects, including free temporary exhibitions, concerts, lectures, round-table discussions, readings and performances, as well as afterworks. Behind the bay window on the second floor is the Aka restaurant, serving Japanese specialities and sushi(sushi train).
