Bonjour, voici déjà 2ans que j’attend un remboursement de leur part, j’avais pris des billets stand by pour aller en Asie en août 2022, je n’ai jamais pu en bénéficier et le pire c’est que j’avais réservé et payé mes hôtels, à peine quelque jour avant la date j’apprend que je n’aurais pas les billets mais que je serais remboursé de tous les frais déjà engagé et que j’aurais droit à des billets offerts mais à ce jour plus de nouvelles, pas de remboursement j’ai transmis plusieurs fois mon rib avec mes factures mais en vain… je suis très déçu car j’ai perdu une grosse somme d’argent. Je déconseille fortement, il y’a un manque de sérieux.
