Chef Lars Fiebig and his wife Marie-Louise Engeldinger are at the helm of this renowned restaurant. The establishment offers French and Luxembourgish cuisine based on local products. On the menu, beef cheek cooked in red wine, roasted lamb crown, cod back à la grenobloise... Not forgetting, for the "little" hungers, excellent Flammkuch's (tarts flambées). The menu is completed during the week by a daily menu, available at lunchtime.
