This 17th century watermill, formerly operated by the Waldbillig stream, was superbly restored in 2007. It houses a wheel still in use (you can still turn it!), as well as an old oven used to make bread during group visits. It houses the Müllerthal village information point and the mill museum, where visitors to the museum can learn about the machines used for milling in the past. Many children's activities are also organised here.
