The "Houfëls" (Haut-Rocher) lookout is located outside the village of Boulaide, in the direction of Bigonville. On this rocky promontory, amidst the vegetation, we discover an anti-tank gun and a field howitzer dating from the Second World War. The two guns, one American and one German, had been abandoned in the vicinity of the Poteau de Doncols crossroads. The site was landscaped in 1970 with wooden panels providing explanatory notes on their origins. The view over the Lac de la Haute-Sûre is quite attractive.
