Hotel set in the middle of nature, overlooking the vineyards, with comfortable, well-equipped rooms
A Scottish pioneer, James Busby, obtained the right to farm the Hunter Valley land in 1824. He sailed to Europe to select over seven hundred vines for the Sydney Botanic Gardens and for his property named Kirkton, after his hometown. Today, the place is a beautiful hotel in the middle of nature with a view of the vineyards. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The plus: the indoor pool.
