Here, the focus is on slowfood. Bistrô Filomena was born of chef Daniela Alves' desire to revisit traditional Minas cuisine. In this contemporary bistro, with its relaxed atmosphere, artisanal dishes inspired by Brazilian cuisine are prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The cuisine is a fusion of the chef's own experiences. Her aim is to bring out the true flavor of food, while offering a meal that is unique in terms of the quality of the food and the service.
