This may be the only but most important novelty of recent years in Kashgar: A Foodcourt - hear a shopping centre - dedicated to food from all over the world. Here, however, it is more food from the whole world of China: so, instead, Chinese shingles, appetizers, barbecues… in a bistro atmosphere. There are a total of 25 restaurants offering different à la carte dishes. Note, for amateurs: there is even a beer brewer.
