Located in the old Russian consulate complex (and it is a real labyrinth), the hotel is not the most luxurious - it has been singularly aged in recent years, nor is the most typical of Kasghar hotels. However, this is undoubtedly the most practical, because this is where the many travel agencies offer excursions in the vicinity. The deluxe double rooms are spacious and have a bath (but not hot water). The single rooms are excellent value for money. The staff is very helpful and can help you find yourself in this changing city.
