A restaurant with an apt name: located near La Sarthe, l'Evidence is a no-brainer with its efficient "lunch" and "pleasure" menus. The restaurant is dedicated to excellent lunches and dinners. The emphasis here is on creative cuisine, made with the finest produce, and with menus that will surprise you whether you come for lunch or dinner. On the day of our visit, the roast cod with Chinese cabbage and bacon was unanimously appreciated. We'll be glad to come back, but don't forget to make a reservation, especially at weekends.
