MARION TURQUET
Pas dans la Dentelle Art Gallery, founded in 2017 by Marion Turquet, is the first online art gallery dedicated to artists from Alençon. Although headquartered in Brest, it now represents international visual artists such as Catherine Camus, Casimir Farley, Frob, Ewen Gur, Hazoo!, Willy Lespa, Mathilde Meunier, Mercédès Soret and Luc Villard. The gallery has two main objectives: to give visibility to the artists it represents by showcasing their unusual works, and to sell them through its online boutique. The works are sent directly to the buyer by post. Marion Turquet, the gallery’s founder, holds a Master’s degree in Art History and has varied experience in the cultural field. She also organizes vernissages to democratise art and reduce the gap between the work and the public.
