MÉDIATHÈQUE AVELINE

A place of history, the Médiathèque Aveline has taken its place in the former Jesuit church and has preserved its patrimonial collection, a treasure trove of rarities. Everyone can browse through the spaces organised according to their interests: a study area on the first floor, a press room, a video game corner, music and cinema areas. On the first floor, the media library holds 723 manuscripts, about 30 incunabula and more than 50,000 old books. Exhibitions and activities are organised throughout the year, in partnership with the city’s actors.
