At his patisserie-chocolaterie, Jacky Pedro, assisted by his wife Huguette, has perpetuated a family tradition in the heart of the Cité des Ducs. Operating since 1987 in this mid-19th century house, his creations include Point d’Alençon (a crunchy caramel ganache flavoured with green apple), the traditional Bouchon (a roasted almond praline), Diamond d’Alençon (a confection) and Croustillant de Sainte-Thérèse.
