The bus station is the hub of Hotan. That is why tickets are hard to find for the next day. Try your luck but don't be surprised if you have to sleep two nights in Hotan.
Daily departures for Kashgar. Take 7 to 10 hours of journey (more generally 10 hours, but sometimes traffic is fluid…). The same bus serves the cities of Kargilik (5 h) and Yarkand (6 h).
Daily departures for Urumqi via the desert motorway. Take 25 hours.
Daily departures for Dunhuang. Take 25 hours. Beware, sometimes this section is closed by the authorities.
