Baho Vilma is a family-run business with three restaurants in Masaya (one near the municipal market, another near the artisanal market, and a third near Los Leones park) specializing in baho, a typical Nicaraguan dish based on meat, plantain and manioc. Other local delicacies include vigorón (a salad of cabbage, boiled manioc and chicharrón) and chancho con yuca (pork with manioc). All accompanied by a variety of drinks, and at very low prices. Not to be missed!
