The popular Mario's, run by Marios Tsachpinis, has migrated from Naoussa to Livadia beach, overlooking Parikia Bay and its sailboats. Talented chef Giannis Markoulis has created a menu with dishes full of originality and taste. His approach to haute cuisine focuses on the bistronomy of fish and seafood. On the menu: Greek classics, but also a superbly filleted sea bream sashimi accompanied by a sauce made from unripened Syros grapes, lime, chilli and olive oil.
