Here, art and gastronomy combine to deliver tasty dishes such as a fish of the moment with shellfish cream, accompanied by a vegetable fondu, and, for dessert, his pear poached in cider. The cooking, juices and sauces are perfectly mastered. Several menus and formulas are available. However, you'll need to make a reservation, as the place is very popular.

Enfin un restaurant de qualité où tout est parfait, de la cuisine excellente et bien présentée, au service impeccable (le nouveau petit serveur était au top). Nous nous sommes régalés et irons directement dans cet établissement lorsque nous repasserons dans le coin (ferons même un détour !)
