The atmosphere is hushed, the local cuisine tasty and refined. The market menu (served only for lunch during the week) offers starter-dish or main course-dessert formulas that give a good idea of the chef’s culinary talent. The menu changes according to the seasons because here the emphasis is on fresh produce. On the reception side, the service is impeccable and friendly.
