Museum retracing the author’s life in four rooms, starting with her childhood
We know his works, but less about his history. And yet! The Comtesse de Ségur, née Rostopchine, lived here at the Château des Nouettes for many years. Although the museum is not located in the château (now a medical center), you’ll find this lovely museum nearby, which traces the author’s life in four rooms, starting with her childhood. There’s also a room dedicated to Les Petites Filles modèles, and another to La Fortune de Gaspard.
